4. Reverse Crunches
Reverse crunches is a basic core strengthening exercise that will improve your stability throughout the lower back, hips, and spine. For the reverse crunches. Lie on your back with your knees together and bend your legs to 90 degrees by keeping your feet on the floor. Keep your hands underneath your head and press your lower back into the floor and pull your feet off the floor. The only difference between the regular crunches and the reverse crunches is, in this, you pull your knees towards the chest and simultaneously perform the traditional crunches.
