Baking soda is also very helpful in restoring your skin’s pH balance. So, to make a scrub with baking soda, you need one tablespoon of baking soda, one Vitamin E capsule, and water. Pierce Vitamin E capsule and extract oil from it and add in baking soda with few drops of water. Mix all these well and scrub on your damp face in circular motion for 2 to 3 minutes and after that rinse it off with water. This face scrub you can use once a week for best results.

Brown Sugar Scrub

Brown Sugar scrub is another very effective scrub to exfoliation. Here, take one tablespoon of brown sugar and tablespoon of almond oil or coconut oil. Mix them well and scrub it for 2 minutes and leave it for 5 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. This scrub is very useful to get rid of dead skin cells as it the texture is coarser and remove dead skin cells.

Honey and Sugar Scrub

Both brown and white sugars are great to exfoliate the skin. Honey in this mixture will help to moisturize your skin and also reverse the oxidative damage. To make the honey and sugar scrub use one tablespoon of sugar with one tablespoon of raw honey. Mix both the ingredients and scrub it for few minutes and then rinse it off with water. Epsom Salt Scrub

Epsom salt granules remove the dead skin, and it is also a great detoxifier. For this scrub, take one cup of Epsom salt and one cup of coconut oil. Mix them well, and you can also add 10 to 12 drops of lavender oil. Gently scrub for 2 to 3 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. Coffee Scrub

Coffee contains caffeine which awakens the skin by improving blood circulation. This scrub is best for removing dead skin from legs, this scrub can also be used on the face but while scrubbing your face make sure do it very gentle. To prepare the coffee scrub to take 2-3 spoons of coffee grounds and one tablespoon of olive oil or you can also use coconut oil. What you have to do is, add oil to the coffee grounds and mix them. Oatmeal Scrub

Oatmeal is not only good to eat, but it is an excellent choice for an exfoliator. It softens your dead skin so that it can be gotten rid of quickly. It also acts as a great moisturizer and reduces inflammation. What you will need to make this scrub is two teaspoons ground oatmeal and water. Mix oatmeal with water and make a paste and gently rub in the circular motions for a few minutes and then wash your face.
